Eyetrack (“the App”) is an internal productivity application designed to assist hotel staff in tracking and completing their daily housekeeping tasks.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user information.
The App does not collect or request any personal information beyond what is strictly necessary for user identification within the workplace.
Specifically, the App stores:
No additional personal, contact, financial, or location data is collected.
The collected data is used only for:
No information is shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes.
Only authorized personnel in the hotel’s administrative/management department can view task reports and user profiles.
Administrative users do not have direct access to the underlying database or storage infrastructure.
All authentication, database, and storage services are provided by Google Firebase.
Data is securely stored and transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption.
Firebase services comply with ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC certifications.
User names and photos remain in the system while the employee account is active.
Upon termination or at the company’s request, the user record and associated photo are deleted permanently from Firebase.
The App is intended solely for authorized hotel employees and is not directed to children under 16 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
